To help keep our delivery operations running smoothly and continue offering the competitive fuel rates you rely on, Deep Discount Oil is updating our payment policy starting August 31, 2026.

This update primarily applies to new customers. If you are an existing customer in good standing, please see the details below on how this affects you.

Effective August 31, 2026, personal checks will no longer be accepted for fuel deliveries. Accepted payment options include:

• Credit / Debit Card: Processed securely when your order is placed.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Handed directly to the driver at the time of delivery.

We value the trust we have built together over the years. Because of this, you may continue paying by check if:

• You are an established business account paying with a company check.
• You are an existing residential customer with a consistent, reliable check payment history (no prior insufficient funds/returned checks).

Please note: Any returned checks moving forward may require an immediate switch to card or cash for future deliveries.
